擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)液壓缸(gang)是(shi)輸出扭矩并實現(xian)往(wang)復(fu)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)執行元件,有單葉片(pian)(pian)(pian)、雙(shuang)葉片(pian)(pian)(pian)、螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等幾種形式(shi)(shi)。葉片(pian)(pian)(pian)式(shi)(shi)式(shi)(shi):定(ding)子塊固定(ding)在(zai)缸(gang)體上,而(er)葉片(pian)(pian)(pian)和轉子連接在(zai)一(yi)起。根(gen)據進油方向(xiang),葉片(pian)(pian)(pian)將帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉子作往(wang)復(fu)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)又分單螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和雙(shuang)螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)兩(liang)種,現(xian)在(zai)雙(shuang)螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)比較常用,靠兩(liang)個(ge)螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)副降液壓缸(gang)內(nei)活塞的(de)直(zhi)線運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉變為(wei)直(zhi)線運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與自轉運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)復(fu)he運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),從而(er)實現(xian)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。





(3)液壓系統(tong)控(kong)(kong)制壓力太低。控(kong)(kong)制管路中節(jie)流阻力可(ke)能過(guo)大,流量閥調節(jie)不當(dang),控(kong)(kong)制壓力不合適(shi),壓力源受到(dao)干擾。此時應檢(jian)查(cha)控(kong)(kong)制壓力源,保證壓力調節(jie)到(dao)系統(tong)的規定值。
(4)液(ye)壓系(xi)統中進入空氣。主(zhu)要是(shi)因為系(xi)統中有泄漏發(fa)生(sheng)。此時應(ying)檢查液(ye)壓油箱(xiang)的液(ye)位,液(ye)壓泵吸油側(ce)的密封(feng)件和管接頭(tou),吸油粗濾器(qi)是(shi)否太臟。若如此,應(ying)補充液(ye)壓油,處理(li)密封(feng)及管接頭(tou),清(qing)洗或(huo)更換粗濾芯。
現象(一):串漏
原因:
1.壓力(li)迅速上升或者(zhe)缸壁膨脹,油液進入間隙,壓力(li)形成對(dui)密封(feng)的下行(xing)作用,串(chuan)漏形成
2.密封環未設(she)計泄壓槽(cao)
防止措施:
1.密封環設計留有(you)泄壓(ya)槽(cao),油液通過泄壓(ya)槽(cao),填充溝槽(cao)從而壓(ya)縮O形圈,產生密封
原因:
1.運動速度太快
2.有(you)偏心運動(dong)
3.滑(hua)動面粗(cu)糙(cao)度(du)不(bu)均勻
4.安裝(zhuang)時(shi)扭(niu)轉
防止措施:
1.改用唇形(xing)密封
2.消除偏心運動
3.修改滑(hua)動(dong)面粗(cu)糙度
4.注意安裝
現象(三):過渡壓縮
原因:
1.溝槽設計不合理導致壓(ya)縮率太大(da):沒有考慮到材料由于熱量及化學介質引(yin)(yin)起(qi)的變形(xing),或(huo)由于壓(ya)力過大(da)引(yin)(yin)起(qi)
防止措施:
1.溝槽的(de)設(she)計應考慮(lv)到材料由于溫度及化學介質引起(qi)的(de)變形
